TheMp3Site.org was created to be a user friendly interface, where surfers could post links to any audio files they might find around the net, and want to share with other surfers. Since TheMp3Site.org is run by 'you' the surfer, it is nearly impossible for the Mp3Fanatic staff to verify all of the links that are posted here. Therefore, if you think that a file  you have come across, might be a copyrighted file, it is suggested that you do not download it, and that you email the TheMp3Site.org staff immediately, so that we may investigate.

 Secondly, and most importantly, if you should find a link here, that is infringing upon a copyright that you own, PLEASE contact us immediately, via email, and include the proper documents that prove the copyright, and we will immediately remove the link from our database.
